The panel math
Standard panels are 40in x 40in, covering 11 sq ft each. Divide panel price by 11 for your per-square-foot rate. Budget and clearance styles from the clearance range sit at the low end; ultra-luxury mixed-foliage designs at the high end. What the extras really cost
Fixings are cheap: a screw and plug kit or a pack of UV zip ties from install parts covers around 5 panels. Allow roughly nine fixing points per 40in x 40in panel, more on exposed corners. Installation cost: DIY against paying someone
This is where quotes diverge most. The panels themselves are a fixed, knowable number. Labor is not.
