Shipping time generally depends on the distance your products need to travel from our warehouse to your space. Delivery typically takes between 2-5 business days depending on the location. For specific information about your order, you can contact our expert team.

Designer Vertical Gardens accepts returns. Returns will need to be returned to our warehouse (11130 NW 122 St | Ste 100 | Medley, FL 33178). The initial postage paid for by Designer Vertical Gardens will be deducted and the balance refunded less a 10% restocking fee. Returns must be made within 30 days. Should you wish to cancel or return your order you may do so. A $25 fee or 25% cancellation fee will apply to all orders (whichever is greater). This partially covers the costs we incur in payment processing, restocking (if applicable), freight & warehous costs. You must cancel and arrange for the return of the items within 30 days to our warehouse from the order date. The fees will apply as soon as your order is placed. We strongly urge all customers to ask any questions in advance of ordering. Email us to request a return - you will receive an email confirming the return address and the amount that will be refunded upon all items being restocked in the same condition as provided (must be in original packaging)

Our team works with installers across the country who can help you set up your artificial green walls for an extra cost. Besides this, you can set them up yourself following our comprehensive installation guide and videos. The panels are easy to install, so if you're up for some DIY, we recommend going this route.
