We ship artificial green walls, hedges and trees from two US warehouses, California and Miami, Florida, and your order dispatches from whichever holds stock closest to you. That is typically 1 to 3 business days to most of the country, or 5 to 7 business days where stock has to cross the country, since ground shipping is our standard service.

Why two warehouses matters more than it sounds

Green wall panels, hedges and trees are bulky, low-density freight. Shipping them is priced and timed on volume rather than weight, which is why a single national distribution point adds days and dollars to half the country. Holding stock on both coasts means most orders travel a short ground leg instead of a long one.

The practical consequence: transit time depends on which warehouse has your specific product in stock on the day, not just on where you live. If a style is only available at the opposite coast, that order takes the longer window. If timing is critical, ask us to confirm the dispatch location before you order.

What this means by region

West Coast and Southwest. Los Angeles, San Diego, the Bay Area, Sacramento, Portland, Seattle, Las Vegas and Phoenix are normally served from the California warehouse and sit in the short end of the range.

Southeast and East Coast. Miami, Orlando, Tampa, Atlanta, Charlotte, the DC corridor, New York and New England are normally served from Miami, again at the short end.

Texas and the middle of the country. Dallas, Houston, Austin, Denver and Chicago sit between the two. These orders go from whichever warehouse holds the stock, so plan on the middle of the range rather than the fastest end.

These are typical patterns, not a guarantee. Our team can confirm transit time to a specific zip code before you place the order, which is worth doing on any project with an install date.

Ground, freight, and which one you get

Standard orders ship via UPS or FedEx Ground. Larger and bulk orders move as LCL freight instead, which changes two things worth planning for.

First, freight deliveries may require someone present to receive the goods. For a commercial site that is routine. For a residential delivery it means someone has to be home, and a missed delivery on freight is far more disruptive than a missed parcel.

Second, freight timing is less precise than parcel. Build a buffer into any install date rather than scheduling a crew for the morning after the expected delivery.

Express and air freight are available on request. Contact us for a quote before placing the order rather than after, since the service has to be applied to the shipment at dispatch.

Ordering for a project with a date

Three habits prevent almost every timing problem we see:

  • Order the full quantity at once. Foliage tone can shift subtly between production batches. On a staged project, panels ordered months apart may not match where phase two meets phase one. Panels stack flat and store indefinitely indoors.
  • Sample first, then commit. A $15 sample panel on the actual wall under the actual lighting settles color questions before the freight is booked.
  • Confirm the count before you order. Each panel covers 11 square feet, so divide your area by 11 and round up, adding one for cut-ins. The worked examples are in how many green wall panels do I need.

The returns position, stated plainly

We replace or credit anything that arrives damaged, is faulty, is the wrong item, or is materially different from what was described. Contact us with the order number and photos and we will resolve it.

We do not accept change-of-mind returns. The freight cost of bulky product both ways is the reason, and the policy is why we would rather spend ten minutes on your dimensions before you order than process a return afterwards. Approved returns go to the Miami warehouse, must be arranged within 30 days and authorized first, with outbound shipping deducted and a 10% restocking fee unless the error is ours. Cancellation after an order is placed carries a fee of $25 or 25% of order value, whichever is greater. The full terms are on the returns, refunds and shipping page.

Trade and contract orders

Volume orders, staged programs and projects with compliance documentation requirements are handled through the trade program. Batch consistency, pricing by square foot and specifying compliance before foliage are covered in the wholesale and contractor guide. For commercial interiors, our green wall products are Fire Rated to AS/NZS 1530.3:1999 - NFPA 701 rated options available on request.
