Artificial Privacy Fence Screens

FAQ
Each 40" x 40" panel covers about 11 sq ft. Multiply the fence height by its length in feet, divide by 11 and round up: a 6 ft fence running 20 ft is 120 sq ft, so 11 panels. The six-panel boxwood set covers 66 sq ft in one order.
Rolls are the quickest option on chain link, since a 10 ft x 3.3 ft boxwood roll or a 118" x 40" ivy roll zip-ties along the wire in one run. Hedge panels also zip-tie on and give a denser finish. Use UV zip ties so the fixings last as long as the foliage.
Screw the panels into the fence rails with screws and washers, or staple along the panel grid. Panels click together with built-in connectors, so fix the first row level and work outward. Excess can be trimmed along the back grid with snips to fit the top of the fence.
Hedge panels are UV resistant and rated for 5+ years outdoors, and are backed by a 5-year panel warranty. The ivy rolls carry a 12-month warranty. A full south or west-facing fence is the most demanding position for color retention.
Yes. The expandable trellis opens to 72" x 36" and can be sized to the gap, which suits railings, gates and short runs where a full panel would be too much. The laurel, jasmine and ligustrum ficus trellises are all UV resistant and fix to a fence with zip ties or screws.
Yes, small sample panels are available for most hedge panels from $10 to $15. A sample shows the leaf density and color against your fence or siding before you commit to a full order. It is worth doing when matching an existing screen or a painted surface.
