FAQ
For stocked items, ground delivery typically takes 1–3 business days when shipping from the nearest warehouse with available stock in California or Miami, Florida. Allow 5–7 business days when stock travels across the country. Larger bulky orders may need an additional 1–2 days. These estimates do not apply to preorders or made-to-order items; check the product page and confirm timing with us before ordering. Express or air freight requires a quote in advance. See our Shipping, Returns & Refunds policy or contact the DVG USA team.
Designer Vertical Gardens provides a replacement or store credit for items that arrive damaged, are incorrect, faulty or materially different from their description. Contact sales@designerverticalgardens.com promptly with your order number and photos where applicable.
We do not accept change-of-mind returns, including unwanted items, excess quantities, or the wrong item, color or size selected by the customer. Please check your order carefully and ask us for help before purchasing.
Any approved return must be authorized in advance and arranged within 30 days of the original order date, to our Miami warehouse at the address provided with authorization. The original outbound shipping cost incurred by DVG is deducted from any refund and can exceed the delivery charge paid at checkout. A 10% restocking fee applies unless otherwise agreed; it does not apply where the error is ours.
For cancellation charges and full conditions, read our Shipping, Returns & Refunds policy.
Contact Designer Vertical Gardens immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to help before processing or dispatch, but changes may not always be possible once either has begun.
A cancellation fee of $25 or 25% of the order value, whichever is greater, applies once an order has been placed. See our Shipping, Returns & Refunds policy for full conditions.
