Our artificial greenery is built for real-world use. This page explains what our warranty covers, for how long, and how to make a claim.
UV Warranty
Where an item is stated as suitable for UV exposure, the guarantee applies for 6 months unless otherwise stated. All products are subject to degradation when exposed to ultraviolet light or weather over time.
Where a 5-year period has been indicated for a product, the warranty covers excessive color discoloration on the following schedule:
| Within 6 months | Product replaced in full |
| 6–12 months | We cover 80% of the RRP toward replacement; you cover shipping and the balance |
| 12–24 months | We cover 50% of the RRP toward replacement; you cover shipping and the balance |
| 24–30 months | We cover 30% of the RRP toward replacement; you cover shipping and the balance |
| 40–60 months | We cover 10% of the RRP toward replacement; you cover shipping and the balance |
How to Make a Claim
- Claims must be made within 7 days of becoming aware of the issue.
- Contact us with your order number and photographs before returning anything — items must not be returned without authorization.
- We may request items be returned to us for assessment, with such freight borne by you. We retain the right to determine whether excessive color fade has occurred.
What Is Not Covered
Unless explicitly stated, items are not covered by a guarantee for outdoor use, commercial areas, storms, human interference, animal interference or any other factor that would reduce the lifespan or performance of the product.
The warranty applies between us and the original purchaser only. If the item is sold, transferred, hired, or installed and then removed and reinstalled, the warranty will not apply.
